Walt Cenac - Manager Of Vessel Maintenance & New Construction
Walt Cenac began his career with Cenac in 1987. He studied Marine and Industrial Diesel Engines at South Central Louisiana Technical College and graduated in 1978. After finishing his studies, he worked as a manufacturer trainer, a field service employee, and a service representative. Prior to joining Cenac, he was the sole proprietor of Cenac Diesel Service and worked on an oil spill response team for nearly 10 years. During his time with Cenac, he has filled many positions. Currently, he serves as Vessel Maintenance and New Construction Manager.
Jeramy Carroll - Operations Manager
Jeramy Carroll joined the Cenac team in 2007. After studying Marketing at Nicholls State University, Carroll began his career at Cenac as Operations Coordinator. From there, he served as a marketing representative and Scheduling Manager. Currently, he serves as Operations Manager, where he monitors operational and safety issues, and focuses on marketing and operational activities throughout Cenac.
Roger Beaudean - Compliance QI, CSO
Roger Beaudean graduated from Nicholls State University in 1972 with a degree in Business Administration. He has over 44 years of experience in transportation related industries with most of his experience in the marine transportation business. His marine transportation experience has included involvement in the Intracoastal and Mississippi River Waterway Systems, the upper and lower US East Coast, US Gulf of Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. His maritime activities have focused on the tug and barge industry with a primary emphasis on liquid petroleum tank barges. He joined Cenac in July of 1999 as General Manager of the offshore division. Since 2009, he has served as the President’s Special Activities Assistant.
Keith Besson - Chief Financial Officer
Keith Besson has been a part of the Cenac team since 1997. He graduated from Nicholls State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After college, he began his career in public accounting with the firm of Kelton and Company. Mr. Besson is currently a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (inactive). Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cenac Marine Services.
David J Bourgeois - Director Of Human Resources
David Bourgeois has worked for Cenac Towing since 1971. He studied General Studies at both McNeese State University and Nicholls State University. During his 45-year tenure at Cenac, he has played a vital role in the success of the company working as Safety Manager, Marine Personnel Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, he serves as Director of Human Resources.
Scott Naquin - Sales And Marketing Manager
Scott Naquin joined Cenac in 2014 and is currently the Sales and Marketing Manager. Scott has previous experience with dispatch and commercial roles in inland barging as well as product scheduling on both pipeline and water-borne assets. Scott has also handled terminal inventory management for gas and diesel throughout the Eastern United States. He graduated from Nicholls State University in 2002 with a degree in General Studies.
Dustin Walker - Compliance Manager
Dustin Walker has worked in various capacities at Cenac since 1995. While working at Cenac, Dustin earned his college degree from Nicholls State University in Business Administration in 2003. During his time at Cenac, Dustin has worked in dispatch, personnel, maintenance, and purchasing. He previously served as Barge Superintendent and currently serves as Compliance Manager.
Tim Moore - Safety Manager
Tim Moore graduated from Louisiana State University in 1996 with a degree in Business and Mass Communications. He currently works as Safety Manager. Tim joined Cenac in 2008 and has previous experience in international production management.
Andre Broussard, Jr - General Counsel
Andre Broussard joined Cenac in April 2006. Andre has a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and graduated from LSU Law School in 1996. Before joining the Cenac team, he specialized in general litigation as well as maritime and environmental law. He currently serves as General Counsel and Risk Manager.
Andrew Soudelier - Marine Personnel Manager
Andrew Soudelier joined Cenac in 2001. Andrew studied Business Administration at Nicholls State University. Andrew’s 14 years of experience in sales and contract negotiations with the Department of Labor led him to a career in human resources. He currently serves as Marine Personnel Manager.
